We say "thank you"

On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, our hotel was dedicated to gratitude and appreciation. That evening, we had the honor of celebrating six long-standing employees who have been part of the Natur & Aktiv Hotel Rogen family for at least five years, some even much longer, contributing their dedication and passion.

Whether in housekeeping, the kitchen, or service, each of them plays a vital role every single day in ensuring our guests feel at home and enjoy unforgettable holidays. During a festive aperitif, we presented certificates, small gifts, and a large cake decorated with portraits of the honorees.

Host Monika Rogen shared a few personal words about each of them: little anecdotes about their backgrounds, special character traits, and the many moments that have shaped their time at the hotel. Of course, the guests staying at the hotel were also present and loved this glimpse behind the scenes.

And just when everyone thought the celebrations were over, there was one more surprise: Monika herself and senior host Helena Rogen were honored by Julia from the reception team with heartfelt words of thanks. A touching moment that showed how deeply appreciation is valued in all directions at the Natur & Aktiv Hotel Rogen.

It was an evening filled with emotions, gratitude, and joy. A true testament to how important each and every team member is to our big hotel family.
