• In case of cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival, no cancellation fees will apply.
• In case of early departure, late arrival, or short-term cancellation (within 3 weeks before the start of your trip), a deposit of €300 will be charged.
• In the event of a no-show, we will charge 100% of the booked travel price.
• For this reason, we recommend taking out the travel cancellation insurance we offer. The necessary documents will be sent to you along with the reservation confirmation.

• Your room will be available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• Parking: We offer free outdoor parking directly at the hotel and a limited number of paid parking spaces in our garage. Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to reserve a garage parking space (€5 per day).
• Local tax: Prices are per person per night and include Rogen’s Indulgence Pension. The local tax of €2.90 per person per night is not included in the price. It applies to all guests aged 14 and older and is payable on-site. Daily rates and offers include Rogen’s Indulgence Pension, the listed wellness inclusive services, and participation in the extensive activity program.
• Overnight stay with breakfast: Available upon request. €10 per person will be deducted from the daily rate.
• Single room supplement: Depending on the room category, the single room surcharge ranges from 20% to 70%.
• Check-out: Please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.
• Payment methods: We accept EC cards, credit cards, and cash (according to current legal regulations, cash payments up to €4,999.99 are permitted).
