We are pleased to work with what Nature gives us. Herb vinegar, herb oil, herb salt, herb schnapps (Oswald’s “hearty drop”), herb honey, herb pillows, not to mention arolla pine schnapps and a wide range of teas. Our homemade specialities also include speck, pork products such as salami, and black bread. We also grow various herbs, spices and grains.
